Elbow – New York Morning

I just heard this song on KINK and it really got my attention. Then I looked up the video and was drawn in immediately. There’s so much emotional resonance here, and I love the story it tells of ordinary people who have lived their whole lives dedicated to the music scene. Not being a rock star myself, but participating all the time in the music scene wherever I am, I connect a lot with that.
